1 Introduction
1.1 photos.artware.gr, which from now on will be referred to as the Company, is a website for the sale of products and services via the Internet created by the company “Savvopoulos Nikolaos”, based in Kavala, at 13 Aristotelous Street, with VAT number 101539473 and DOU AB’ Kavala, tel. 2510223879. - The assignment of the photo is made to only one corporate VAT number and resale is strictly prohibited.
- The use of the photos is permitted only for the following applications: personal or corporate website of the buyer, use in a personal or corporate presentation form, use in a personal or corporate video presentation.

*The concession only concerns the use and in no case the ownership of the photo, according to law 2121/93.
It is expressly prohibited by law (law 3028/2002, article 46, §4) to use photographs of archaeological sites and monuments, in any way and by any means (including any kind of electronic and digital), for direct or indirect financial or commercial purposes, without the prior written approval – permission of the competent agency.
